Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparing your item for shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience delays due to high order volume or stock issues, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Times

We offer worldwide shipping.
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:

🌍 International Shipping (including USA): 9 business days

This is an average estimate and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier workload.

🇪🇸 Spain & EU:

Delivery may be slightly faster, but please allow up to 9 business days as well.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected options.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned to us.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

FaithBricks is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, YoMind is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier cannot deliver your package due to an incorrect address, refusal, or absence, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
We will issue a replacement under our 30-Day Guarantee.
